History

The Hall was originally built in the early fourteenth century and has a fascinating history. The estate stands in 25 acres of un-spoilt parkland, woodland and lake-side area. In addition to the main Hall there are a collection of early Victorian outbuildings including a stable block with courtyard and clock-tower, The Walled Kitchen Garden and the Grade 1 listed Forcing House which was used as a conservatory and summer house by the lake. The venue is now available on an exclusive-use* basis for weddings, conferences, birthdays and private functions. (*Terms & Conditions apply).

Wedding Ceremonies

Hilton Hall has 3 licensed areas available for Civil Ceremonies. The Lady Henrietta suite can comfortably accommodate 80 guests for your Civil Ceremony. Alternatively the Oak panelled Vernon Suite can seat 40 guests for a more intimate occasion, and leads out onto the lakeside terrace for drinks and canapes.

Our Garden weddings take place in the Victorian Conservatory, which has recently been fully restored and landscaped, and uses a covered outdoor seating area for guests. Our stunning marquee can seat up to 650 guests with a separate bar area for larger wedding receptions.
